Inaugurates Two Bridges Across the Tonle Sap
On May 31, 2023, the Royal Government of Cambodia officially inaugurated the concrete cable-stayed bridge across the Tonle Sap River and the Russey Keo flyover, while the two bridges are located next to each other. The inauguration ceremony was presided over by Samdech Techo Hun Sen, Prime Minister of Cambodia and many other high-ranking officials.
The New Chroy Changva Bridge started construction in May 2019 and Finished in Apr 2023, with 504 meters long, 20.5m wide and 4 piers entering the water. It is a new crossing Tonle Sap River Bridge connecting National Road No. 5 and Chroy Changva Satellite City.
