Function
To provide leadership for effective and efficient delivery of administrative services to all departments and at a corporate level.

Duties
– Implement quality standards and regulations issued by the State Construction Quality Acceptance specification and quality assessment standards, as well as the company developed. Responsible for the preparation of the main construction phase and its sub-part of the project’s construction program and technical tests, and quality defects of the preparation of preventive measures.
– Assist total workers to ensure the quality system in the project continued effective operation of regular reviews of the quality system operation, and Chief Engineer reporting to the project in a timely manner, and ongoing quality improvements.
– Assist the project manager of the project quality management, control, guidance, inspection, assessment, rectification, and urge all trades well construction records of the quality of the project, implement quality vote veto system.
– Responsible for completing the design changes and the negotiation record and reported to the validation of the project Chief Engineer and Project Manager, and is responsible for the organization of each part of the project inspection, acceptance, and reported total workers Audit and Supervision handle part of the project quality inspection procedures.
– Involved in the measurement, actinobacillus, and test, measurement work of supervision and inspection.
– The good technical tests work, and to participate in the assessment of substandard products and deal with the accident.
– Responsible for the new process, the implementation of the new technology, tissue engineering and technical personnel and professional foreman training.
– Under the leadership of the Project Manager has overall responsibility for the quality of engineering, organizational project quality checking. Responsible for handling general quality issues, and to participate in the quality of accident investigation and analysis, the principle of “ THREE NO” court to participate in treatment, the quality of the accident. Take effective quality control measures to achieve the goal of project quality.
– Responsible for the project’s technical information is true, complete, accurate, and effective.
– Complete other tasks assigned by the leadership.

Experience required
– Minimum-More than 3 years’ experience in construction quality management.
– Preferred-Involved in large-scale project construction quality management.

Education
– Minimum-College degree or above
– Preferred-Master degree in Civil Engineering

Skills
– Full Microsoft Suites, advance level.
– Experienced with construction site work.

Language

Function
Responsible for ensuring construction technical works are managed effectively & safely and that they meet the required specifications. Quality inspection and management of construction work.

Duties

– Develop technical guidelines, inspection procedures and QA/QC manual to confirm materials & installation in compliance with Project specifications.
– Responsible for inspection activities to ensure the quality of products comply with client’s and regulatory requirements.
– Review material supplier or sub-contractor’s standards and operations for compliance with the contract and company requirements for quality.
– Review the QA/QC documents from suppliers/subcontractor for compliance with the contract requirement, statutory requirement and also company requirement.
– Initiate and recommend solutions to support the project team on all QA/QC matters to meet the contract conditions.
– Reporting on the performance of the quality system to the management for review and as a basis for improvement for the quality system.
