The mutual trust established by the two CEOs opened a new gate of long-term cooperation and created CSCC afterward.

New Monivong Bridge – the 1st Project
In November 2006, OCIC and SPCC had signed their first contract of the New Monivong Bridge , which was the first step of their cooperation.
The project was completed and successfully opened in May 2009.
The government affirmed and awarded SPCC General Director a medal for construction of New Monivong Bridge by the Prime Minister of Cambodia.

Two Flyovers – the 2nd and 3rd Project
More projects were cooperated between OCIC and SPCC based on the successful experience obtained from the construction of the New Monivong Bridge project, such as the Monivong Flyover and 7 Makara Flyover . CSCC deputy general director (Mr. Lai Long Zhao) was awarded a medal for the construction of 7 Makara Flyover by the Prime Minister of Cambodia.
