Sino-Pacific Construction Consultancy Co., Ltd. (SPCC), is an incorporated company in Vietnam as a joint venture between Taiwanese CT&D Group and China State Construction Engineering Corporation Ltd. (CSCEC) which is a well-known Chinese construction company in China. CSCEC is the largest international contractor in china, ranked among the top 500 enterprises in the world.

Saigon South – 20 Years Ago
One of the most important achievements of SPCC was the involvement of CT&D Group in the development of Phu My Hung New City Center in Ho Chi Minh, which turned a 400-hectare marshland into a modern, prosperous and livable new town in 20 years.
