CONSULTING SERVICES
CSCC Project Management (full project management and construction management – PMCM) shall contribute to project as the lead consult to work closely with Client (including its agents and authorised representatives) in order to achieve the client’s schedule and program, budget and project quality requirements to deliver the final product at the end of the project period.
- Tender Process: pre-qualify appoiment, issue request for proposal, issue tender and award of contract.
- Development of 1/500 master planning
- Managing design consultants, construction team and other third parties
- Deliver products within required time, cost and quality, compliance with all necessary construction regulation and requirements
CSCC Construction Management (CM) shall contribute to project as the construction consultant to work closely with the Client (including its Project Manager and authorised representatives) and the “Construction Team” including the general building works contractor, soil investigation contractor, earthwork contractor, infrastructure works contractor, domestic and nominated subcontractors and suppliers and other specialist in order to:

COMPANY MANAGEMENTS SYSTEM
CSCC Company Management System (CMS) were developed in 2001, including quality management procedure, forms and checklists of construction works. The system was firstly external audited and certified ISO in 2003. Then the system was further improved in 2007, expanding the processes from pre-contract phase to construction phase, project evaluation and handover. In 2011, the system was upgraded to ISO 9001:2008 certification, including internal finance and administration management processes.
CSCC Digital Management System (DMS) includes all management and projects data, stored in one central data center, which celebrates data quick access, information sharing, consistent structured and well organized, project based data.
