Responsibilities:

  • Develop marketing strategies and policies to achieve company goals.
  • Develop advertising strategy and media planning for the company and various divisions.
  • Perform customer and market research, develop marketing plans & pricing strategies, explore & utilize the business development opportunities and manage the marketing budget.
  • Building the overall direction of the marketing function based on set strategies, planning and company policies.
  • Managing marketing survey, explore new markets and distributors to enhance the sales for all divisions.
  • The major challenge of the position is to explore new marketing tactics and find markets in a fairly large geographic area
  • Preparing business strategies for the continuous improvement and penetration to new market, setting up of an effective sales/marketing force capable of meeting the competition in the market and grab maximum share in the market.
  • Manages the review of the Category Strategy annually in order to ensure it is relevant to any changes to the Business Objectives and the external business environment.
  • Manages and track the Business P&L and Business results against the approved Plans and Budget in order to ensure all objectives are achieved.

 Skills

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineer or related field.

Qualifications:

Minimum 6 years working experience in marketing & business management field; 2 years of which should be in managerial role.

Skills:

Excellent communication & negotiation skills, Sales and Marketing strategic thinking, leadership and results oriented Customer satisfaction monitoring and measurement tools and techniques, Demonstrated abilities in sales, negotiations, and partner relationship management.

Job Description

Monitor Vendors’ Invoice, Company Voucher

Monitor the Purchase Order and Contract

Process the Letter of Credit

Posting the journal entries to QuickBooks

Prepare Monthly Depreciation on Fixed Asset, Inventory listing

Prepare and Follow up on Account Payable and Accrual Listing and movement.

Prepare Bank Reconciliation

Vendor Balance Reconciles

Perform and Ensure document are properly filed and managed

Coach junior accountants to work more effectively

Communicate with suppliers and subcontractor to resolve any matters

Complete the assigned work on time and communicate the concerns and issues identified and progress of work on timely manner

Monthly tax preparation

Review general ledger from subsidiary accounts and prepare the worksheet and financial statements

Document and report on timely basis

Other duties as assigned

 

Job Requirement

Minimum Bachelor of Accounting or Bachelor of Finance and Banking

At least three years experience with related work.

Have experience in cost accounting and preparing financial statements

Good knowledge of Cambodian Tax Law and preparing tax report

Good of Quick Book and Ms Office Suites.

Must be good at English. Knowing Chinese or Vietnamese is an advantage.

Honest, hard-working, commitment, and result-oriented.

Good leadership and team player.

Job Description

Assists the procurement officer and department of purchasing activities, takes quote from vendors, and reviews quote.

Coordinate with requestors and make sure the right materials needed.

Perform related work as required by procurement department.

Assists receiving shipments; matches shipment to purchase orders; return items to vendor for repair or credit, route shipments to requesting departments.

Assists with data collection and preparation for monthly reports.

Responsible for the daily activities within the procurement office.

Job Description

Managing the warehouse of construction site, ensure the security and number of materials and machinery & equipment in the warehouse.

Responsible for material’s number checking and quality inspection, and register storage.

Responsible for the issue of warehouse material and register timely.

Proceed the detailed inventory for existing materials at the end of every month, and send the inventory data to Finance Section for reconciliation.

Job Requirements

Bachelor degree in Accounting or Management.

At least two years experience with related work.

Certificate of any accounting software, inventory module in preferred.

Knowledge of how to file documents properly.

Good in Microsoft Word, Excel and outlook Express, Quick Book and Internet.

Good in English, know Chinese or Vietnamese is preferred.

Knowledge of how to manage work at warehouse.

Job Description

Participate in draw up of company project plan and annual plan, prepare the stage construction schedule, material supply and financial plan.

Organize the management work of bidding, prepare for study and tender documents.

Responsible for reviewing design program of construction and delivery work.

Responsible for reviewing construction program, engineering change, material substitution, etc. and control the engineering cost strictly.

Responsible for organization work of technical negotiation, solve the technology and quality problem appeared in the construction and report to related leader to check.

Organize the acceptance and delivery work of each project, supervise the engineering record and file data delivery.

Responsible for training, guidance, management and assessment work of section staffs.

Job Requirement

Minimum-University degree in civil engineering and related profession , preferred-Master degree in civil engineering and related profession.

Minimum-6 year experience in engineering management, preferred-experience in foreign owned company.

Knowing construction site management, technical management, construction technology and standard, construction management plan, etc.

Experience with AutoCAD, MS Office Suites, Photoshop, Desktop Publishing Software, etc.

High level of written and oral English (or Chinese) communication skills.
